Vincent Residence An adaptable home suited for family living, catered events and business meetings was created by merging two condominiums. With an affinity for the latest technology, our client was particularly interested in incorporating elaborate lighting controls, sound systems, hidden electronics and sprinklers into the overall design of the home.  An existing concrete structural wall and fireplace influenced the organization of core architectural elements within the residence.  By constructing an elliptically-shaped entry hall we were able to re-direct the walkway through the home and thus bypass the structural wall. Extensive woodwork of wormy maple paneling adorns the elliptical entrance, which includes expertly shaped and creatively hidden cabinetry. The fireplace was renovated with clay plaster on one side and timber and stone on the other, and cleverly serves as a backdrop to a descending hidden projection screen.
