1020 Capitol Street Mixed Use BuildingModeled after a mid-century car dealership to reflect the tone of the Eagle Ranch community, this mixed use building features retail and restaurant space, as well as two condos. Garage doors and a wide-open show space inside reflect the dealership aesthetic. This project also reflects the KH Webb team’s commitment to sustainable design. From covering the roof - from edge to edge - with solar panels to using only reclaimed, recycled or local building materials to the bamboo dividers in the bathrooms, we carefully thought through every detail and the end result is a project worthy of a LEEDS Gold Certification.

Commercial Architecture
KH Webb Architects' first project in Vail was an extensive renovation of Larkspur Bar, Restaurant and Market in Golden Peak. Our team worked closely with Chef Thomas Salamunovich and his Art Consultant wife Nancy to bring their vision for the restaurant to life. More than ten years later KH Webb Architects continues to help owners of commercial properties reorganize and update their establishments, always maintaining a meticulous attention to detail and achieving an inspired diversity of architecture. By maximizing the features of the land and local resources, we are able to create commercial designs that are as sustainable as they are functional. We work to create an end-result that reflects both the client's vision for the establishment and the energy of the space and the activities that take place inside and out.
